Full‐cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across functional areas such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, etc. Be hands‑on with candidate management, including managing interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback, negotiating offers. Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for specialized roles (engineering, quality, etc.), including passive candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and adjust as needed. Report hiring metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, candidate quality), periodic update to leadership. Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to

engineering/manufacturing/quality/supply

chain roles. Strong sourcing skills: ability to find passive candidates, use job boards, LinkedIn, technical communities. Good interviewing skills; able to assess technical and soft skills; possibly work with subject matter experts to assess engineering candidates. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Experience using SAP or similar ATS systems Flexibility to attend job fairs/represent the company externally.
