Overview

Our client is a leading family-owned global manufacturing and distribution company that has been around for over 180 years that sells into retailers. They own 65% of the market share globally! They’re seeking an HR Generalist to support their North American manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role will support all aspects of HR, support all employees, and will be a critical member of the HR team. This role reports to the Regional Human Resources Manager, North America.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration, including LOA and worker's compensation and employee wellness plan
• Recruiting, onboarding and talent management
• Compliance and regulations maintenance and adherence
• Payroll auditing

Desired Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of human resources experience
• Ability to work with all levels of employees across the organization
• Technical aptitude within Microsoft Suite and various HRIS including ADP
• Proficient in Excel; ability to pull data into pivot tables, graphs, etc.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred

Salary Range $72,000.00 - 80,000.00 depending on candidate experience. Additional benefits offered.
