Residential House Cleaning Professional at Molly Maid USA. Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $16.50/hr. Location: Tulsa, OK 74129. Full-time position with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. We provide training and opportunities to advance. Earn up to $750 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you may earn even more. We provide: a stable schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, a housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work. Advancement opportunities are available — we promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards and process to delight every customer; communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If in a team lead role (driving the vehicle): manage the team\'s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Bilingual preferred.

Benefits & Pay

• Pay range is $13.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, quality of work, and speed.
• Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year; earn bonuses and tips.
