Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

Benefits & Pay: The pay range is $15.00 to $25.00 per hour (or more), dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Follow our process to delight every customer; earn tips if applicable; communicate in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Support a positive customer experience and show care for customers’ homes
• If you are a team lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
• Handle basic cleaning equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Have transportation or be able to reach the office location
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, daytime 8am–4pm
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients
