Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Follow our process to delight every customer; communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Assist as team member or Team Lead: manage team schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment; handle basic cleaning equipment maintenance; ensure the car is loaded with supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements to be considered: legally authorized to work in the United States; complete a background check; own transportation to and from work (Molly Maid car will be provided throughout the day); physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Must be able to communicate in English
