Overview

IT Support Specialist – Cybersecurity Focus. This role is part of AP’s Information Technology team and reports to the IT Director. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is passionate about both technical support and cybersecurity. You’ll be the go-to resource for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while helping to strengthen AP’s security posture across its infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support in a multi-site environment.
• Support Windows 10 environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in strengthening AP’s security posture using cybersecurity tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a construction or multi-site setting
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, MFA, and endpoint protection platforms
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
