Role Overview This is an inside sales and account management role with an emphasis on pricing strategy and customer engagement. You’ll be working closely with the operations and sales team to provide responsive, tailored freight solutions to international clients
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound pricing and quote requests from global clients
Assist with RFPs, rate negotiation, and margin analysis
Manage and grow existing client accounts through consistent follow-up and service
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth booking and shipment execution
Update CRM with quotes, interactions, and account progress
Work closely with outside sales reps to support their portfolio with fast, accurate responses
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain
Strong interpersonal skills – confident communicator who can engage clients and internal teams
Hands-on experience with pricing, inside sales, and customer account management
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Comfortable in a non-remote, collaborative environment
