The Sales Operations Product Data Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product data for key accounts, ensuring its integrity based on customer requests. You will manage large-scale projects to implement product information automation and tools that improve efficiency and reduce errors, driving operational excellence. Your work will directly impact the customer experience by providing reliable and up-to-date information, supporting sales efforts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and internal sales teams.

In This Role Oversee and manage product data processes, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of item setups to meet customer requirements Validate and enter new and existing item updates in various systems, including but not limited to dimensions, bill of materials, pricing, and image information Develop and implement strategies to streamline the tracking and communication of development timelines for new product introductions, collaborating with internal teams such as Manufacturing, Photography, and Sales Work closely with the Key Account team on both internal and customer-specific programs and developments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Identify opportunities for improvement and design new tools or workflows to optimize the validation and entry of product data, driving efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for standardization and centralization of product data processes Perform image audits to ensure our customers have the most up-to-date and accurate images available, proactively addressing gaps or inconsistencies Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team

The Ideal Person 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer support role Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related degree Proficient in data management techniques, including cleansing and maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain structured workflows to achieve goals efficiently Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements Ability to break down complex tasks, identify obstacles, and implement effective solutions promptly Show a strong interest in curiosity and learning new things, seeking out knowledge, and asking questions to deepen understanding Ability to make decisions and work independently About Four Hands
