In This Role Inspect items throughout production process for irregularities and ensure products conform to established tolerance levels for quality and performance Document all instances of non-conformance and rejected production Maintain understanding of entire production process in order to inspect components and troubleshoot manufacturing issues Note product observations and make recommendations for improving quality and processes Inspect incoming raw materials Communicate and motivate production team on quality control goals and initiatives Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

The Ideal Person 1+ years of experience in inspection or quality control required High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft suite Strong attention to detail Ability to identify item specifications on work orders, including dimensions, colors, special instructions Effective communication skills, both written and verbal About Four Hands
