The SR HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting practices, managing full-cycle hiring processes and partnering with business leaders to anticipate needs. This role will support core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR process improvements. Impact of the Role

Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Implements human resources programs by providing HR services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance. Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records. Collects and analyzes internal and external information to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market. Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations. Training/Development including developing, implementing, and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. Develops, implements and administers cost-effective benefits programs and wellness initiatives. HR Compliance: guides on employment compliance related to the organizations human capital; monitors discrimination, health and safety, hiring/firing, diversity/EEO goals; provides training and coaching on diversity issues; supports HR data systems and recommends improvements to ensure compliance. Additional Responsibilities
Recruits for job openings including posting, sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and preparing job offers for potential candidates. Oversees recruiting processes, vendors, and systems for the organization and collaborates with legal compliance. Required Qualifications
Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience Critical professional related technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major: Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline preferred. Additional certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR Certification preferred. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication, ability to build collaborative relationships, decision-making, interpersonal skills, time management, compensation and benefits, HR policy administration, onboarding, performance management, training delivery. Physical Requirements
