As a Pallet Associate at Four Hands, you will be responsible for building custom pallets and ensuring timely shipment of our high-quality furniture products. Your role will be crucial in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional furniture products to our customers swiftly and effectively.
Shift time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday
In This Role Construct custom pallets using air-powered nail guns, adhering to safety protocols and assembly guidelines to maintain high standards of workmanship Utilize equipment such as power saws, table saws, and radial arm saws to cut wood to precise specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece Load and unload containers and trucks Handle palletized products and move them to designated storage areas within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and accessibility Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading, as needed to ensure accurate order fulfillment Meet productivity requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

The Ideal Person High school diploma or GED required Proficient in using and reading a measuring tape, ensuring accurate handling and processing of materials Forklift operator experience and certification is a plus Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance Willingness to work overtime as needed Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours About Four Hands
