As an Assembly Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.
In This Role Assemble artwork with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards Conduct thorough inspections of artwork components to ensure quality and identify and address any defects Confirm order specifications and communicate errors to floor leadership Update order statuses in a timely manner to track progress Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process Maintain a clean and organized workspace Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

The Ideal Person High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred Proficiency in operating hand and power tools Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products Physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, and reaching for 8-10 hours per day Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands About Four Hands
