HR Generalist Position
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ludington, Michigan. Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and support to staff regarding enrollment and policy details. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative workplace culture. Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization. Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate and secure recordkeeping. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Conduct periodic audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with best practices. Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, answering HR-related inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a Bachelor's degree in HR. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A detail-oriented demeanor, with excellent interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with employee relations practices and strategies. Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records. Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
