Our client is seeking a versatile HR Generalist and Learning & Development Specialist to support their growing workforce. This role blends core HR responsibilities with learning and development initiatives to help employees succeed and thrive. What Youll Do
Training & Development (Primary Focus): Design, organize, and deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training. Train employees on enterprise systems by documenting processes and creating user-friendly materials. Assess training needs and build programs to strengthen job skills. Track compliance with required trainings such as safety, anti-harassment, and certifications. HR Generalist Functions: Recruit, interview, and support hiring for open roles. Lead onboarding and exit processes, including orientations and exit interviews. Handle employee relations, performance support, and routine HR matters. Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws. Support managers during disciplinary meetings and investigations. Provide occasional administrative support for operations and accounting. What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of HR or learning & development experience. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. Why Youll Love This Role
