Proven experience in wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution domains. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration patterns. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio. Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or FSC Accredited Professional. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills Experience with advisor platforms, CRM, policy administration systems, and distribution enablement tools. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations. Background in enterprise architecture or solution architecture within financial services firms. Agile delivery experience and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado) and CI/CD pipelines. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Salesforce Architect – Financial Services Cloud (Wealth, Distribution & Insurance) Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong understanding of wealth management, sales distribution, and insurance business models. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and effective collaborator who can bridge business needs with technical execution. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels. Lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor enablement. Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware. Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Client, SEC, NAIC). Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements.
