Manage and optimize cable harness manufacturing processes Oversee and enhance PCBA manufacturing processes and design workflows Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment and dedicated test stations for cable harnesses and PCBAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety and compliance Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cable harness manufacturing At least 2 years’ experience in PCBA manufacturing process or design Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing test stations using specialized testing equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field Familiarity with eVTOL or aerospace manufacturing environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compensation and Benefits
