Location: Chino Schedule: Monday
Friday 7:30am-4pm Pay: $20-$25 per hour Temp to hire Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our client's human resources team in managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of human capital management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient office operations and effective employee relations. Amazon certified return refurbishment company Duties: Assist with HR functions including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and benefits administration Support change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts Maintain accurate data entry and collection for HRIS systems such as ADP Total Source Facilitate employee evaluations and performance management processes Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills Manage communication regarding FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA compliance Help with project management tasks related to HR sourcing and affirmative action planning Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and managing contracts Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management strategies The ideal candidate will have: Proven administrative experience within a human resources environment Familiarity with employment & labor law, workforce management, and organization design Proficiency in HR software such as Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian, or SAP SuccessFactors Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels Experience with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus Bilingual preferred in Spanish not required.
