We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Holtsville, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with excellent multitasking abilities and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming calls efficiently on a multi-line phone system, transferring or addressing inquiries as needed.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks as required.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Support special projects or events as assigned by the management.• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
• Proficiency in managing calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tools, such as email and scheduling software.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
