Inbound Customer Service/Call Center Rep
Schedule: Training MonFri, 12:008:00 PM (on-site). Post-training: 37.5 hrs/week between 8:00 AM8:00 PM + monthly Sat. meeting.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (contract) ? $20.00/hr upon conversion.

Inbound Customer Service/Call Center Rep Job Description:
- Handle 50100 inbound calls/day on parking tickets, boot/tow inquiries, and hearings
- Document in CRM; process correspondence/refunds; schedule hearings; complete admin tasks
- De-escalate professionally and follow standard procedures
Inbound Customer Service/Call Center Rep Job Requirements:
- HS diploma/GED; 6+ months high-volume call center (or similar phone support)
- Computer savvy (multi-system/CRM navigation, accurate data entry)
