Location: Bellingham Job Type: Full-Time- Onsite Salary: 62,400 plus commission plan after 6 months. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay

Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for precision and client success? We're looking for a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in both estimating and business development.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates based on blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Engage with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and present detailed proposals.
• Conduct daily sales calls to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Advise clients on material and service selections tailored to their project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project expectations.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and sales.
• Strong technical understanding of construction materials and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to quality and deadlines.
