Business Process Analyst
One of our clients in the Uptown area of Charlotte is looking to add a Business Process Analyst to their team. The Business Process Analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing business systems, designing improvements, and developing solutions to enhance their operations.
The Business Process Analyst will review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. The Business Process Analyst will also work closely with senior managers to identify and solve computer-based business system problems. The Business Process Analyst will optimize our operations and meet organizational goals.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $28 - $31 / hr. W2
Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills to work closely with senior managers and personnel across organizational units.
- Ability to document business needs and system modifications clearly.
- Understanding of computer systems resources and the ability to utilize them effectively to support management's performance improvement goals.
- Ability to define problems, break them into components, and gather information from various sources to develop effective solutions.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in designing and improving computer-based business systems.
Education Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
