Overview

One of our clients in the Raleigh area is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team. The Business Analyst collaborates with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. The Business Analyst will review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures, and work closely with senior managers to identify and solve computer-based business system problems. The goal is to optimize operations and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills to work closely with senior managers and personnel across organizational units.
• Ability to document business needs and system modifications clearly.
• Understanding of computer systems resources and the ability to utilize them effectively to support management's performance improvement goals.
• Ability to define problems, break them into components, and gather information from various sources to develop effective solutions.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing and improving computer-based business systems.

Education Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
