Telecom Business Analyst- Telecom Billing
Location: Bellevue/WA or Frisco/TX or Atlanta/GA or Overland Park/KS
Job Summary -
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Telecom Billing, preferably with experience in Amdocs products. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing complex technical issues, help in performing root cause analysis, and working across systems and teams to ensure service continuity and rapid issue resolution.

Job Summary -
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Telecom Billing, preferably with experience in Amdocs products. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing complex technical issues, help in performing root cause analysis, and working across systems and teams to ensure service continuity and rapid issue resolution.
Years of experience needed -
- 5+ years of experience in Telecom BA
- Experience with Amdocs telecom billing platforms or similar systems.
- Must have prior work experience in Telecom/Mobile Application development.
- Strong Telecom Domain exposure
- Extensive knowledge on Telecom OSS Space and Mobility
- Hands-on experience on MDM Services and ITSM
- Experience with Amdocs telecom billing platforms or similar systems.
- Adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, with strong technical knowledge.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC), Business Process Re-Engineering, Opensource Customization, and Platform Engineering
- Have working knowledge on AWS Cloud, AI/ML including NLP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, mentoring and team building
- In depth knowledge on Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills and thought leadership
- Good technical alignment towards the project
- Should be able to lead the team technically.

- Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the proposed solution.
- Discovering the business needs and project requirements by keeping the communication channels open between stakeholders and the team.
- Understands the business needs on Mobile space and analyses them thoroughly.
- Documenting the requirements accurately and in such a format that can be shared with all stakeholders and depends on the type of project, the needs and preferences of business and stakeholders.
- Getting the Requirements Approved, after documentation the requirements must be approved and understood in the same sense by all the stakeholders to prevent mistakes, get more inputs from them and ultimately reduce costs.
- Process mapping and identifying nonvalue add steps to create lean and agile processes.
- Responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas.
- Strengthen and enhance client field service processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
- Provide quality and process transformation consulting service by applying lean, six sigma and other relevant quality methodologies to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies.
- Work in coordination with other departments to incubate new solutions and technology for existing and new businesses.
- Provide thought leadership to create a strategic plan for enabling the client to achieve field service optimization.
