We are currently hiring for various roles in our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year at Ellicottville Central School in Ellicottville, NY.
JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt POSITIONS OPEN: Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, Directors PAY RATE: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour (based on position, experience, and qualifications)
OUR BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Leading engaging, hands-on activities in alignment with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, group games, and supporting homework time. Creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable space while serving as a positive role model for the children. Using the Playground App to communicate regularly with parents and caregivers. Following state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and the host schools guidelines. Some roles may include administrative responsibilities like attendance tracking, registration, and staff oversight.
Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
You are at least 18 years old and have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent. While experience working with children under 13 is a big plus, its not a deal-breaker we value passion and potential! You have medical clearance to perform the job duties and are free from communicable diseases, including tuberculosis. You're friendly, outgoing, and a team player. Great interpersonal skills are a must with kids, families, and coworkers alike. Dependability and professionalism matter, too. Youre physically ready for an active environment able to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), move quickly, and keep pace with energetic kids!
