Customer Service Representative

with a local client in

Princeton, NJ

$21.50/hour

Modality:

Hybrid, 2 work from home days

Shift/Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm EST

Essential Duties:

Resolve daily order holds and coordinate with internal departments.

Generate and manage reports using BI, Oracle, and other systems.

Support product recalls and complaint resolution processes.

Oversee return procedures and extended service agreements.

Troubleshoot system issues and mentor BPO representatives.

At a minimum, you'll need:

High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

3+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, or retail.

Experience with EDI systems (GHX, GFax preferred).

Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Teams, and Zoom.

Pay Details:

$21.50 per hour
