Akkodis is seeking a

Customer Service Representative

for a

contract

with a client in

Princeton, NJ.

Candidates must have strong experience navigating multiple systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle, and be able to identify and resolve technical issues independently.

Rate Range:

$20/hour to 21/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

Manage and resolve daily Order Management holds by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing. Run and analyze reports using systems like Oracle, BI, and Salesforce to monitor order status, incidents, and service agreements. Serve as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors to resolve product, delivery, and billing inquiries. Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices to enhance service levels and operational efficiency. Oversee return management and recall processes, partnering with Quality and Corporate Complaints teams to ensure compliance. Mentor and train BPO representatives, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring smooth task handoffs across teams. Required Qualifications:

Minimum High School diploma Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years in customer service, tech support, retail, or related fields. Proficiency in multiple systems including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot technical issues independently. Pay Details:

$20.00 to $21.00 per hour
