Our client, a leading organization in customer service and client relations, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the sales and production teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Customer Service Representative
Location: Temple, TX
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Accurately and promptly entering customer orders to ensure production matches customer specifications
Handling all aspects of customer care including problem resolution, relationship management, and invoicing
Partnering with the sales team in providing timely quotes and product specifications
Coordinating customer requests for information, promotional materials, or products
Completing ad hoc projects as assigned to support team goals

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
