For this role we are seeking an individual who has experience working in a multifacited role with the following responsibilities, additional tasks may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Assist with lease contracts, reports, and contract billing

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn proprietary systems is required.

  • Experience: accounting software; contact management systems; Order processing systems.
  • Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
