Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store overall.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs; must be available weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.

• Starting pay range: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour (actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience)
