Receptionist

Tim Short Chryslerof Pikeville KY is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming environment for customers, handle incoming calls, and provide vital administrative support to keep the dealership running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
• Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone system proficiency.
