Overview

Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for an IT Desktop Support for their Corning, NY location.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming service requests/incidents related to computer systems, software, hardware and infrastructure both in-person and remotely from a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (preferred), HS Diploma or GED Minimum Required
• 1+ year Hardware Experience (beyond imaging/deployment)
• 1+ year Customer Service / In-Person Support Experience
• Preferred Certifications:
  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Cloud+
  • CompTIA Mobility+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • CompTIA Server+
