Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet individually with patients to assess their condition and needs
- Formulate and document comprehensive treatment plans for each patient
- Allocate approximately 45 minutes for each patient assessment
- Ensure high standards of care and professionalism in patient interactions
Additional Information
- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas
- Experience as a general practitioner or PT specialist is preferred
