We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing HVAC and Plumbing service teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and ensures our field technicians are efficiently dispatched to provide 5-star service. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding appointment status, ETA updates, and service follow-ups Prioritize incoming jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability Monitor technician routes and adjust scheduling as needed for optimal efficiency Collaborate with Dispatch, Sales, and Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues or customer concerns Maintain accurate records Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when necessary Serve as back-up reception Qualifications: MUST have previous CSR, scheduling, or call center experience in Trades or Construction industries Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Calm under pressure with a proactive problem-solving mindset Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and mobile communication tools Proficiency in ServiceTitan is a big plus What Priority Plumbing and Heating brings: Pay: $20-$22/hour Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance after 60 days of employment Weekly paycheck 401K available after 90 days, with company match!
