Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Schedule service appointments accurately using our dispatch system. Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and set our technicians up for success. Communicate clearly with customers about appointment details, pricing expectations, and next steps. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Work closely with dispatch and field teams to optimize scheduling and provide seamless service. Qualifications

Strong communication and listening skills. A positive, solution-focused attitude. Previous call center, customer service, or home service industry experience preferred. As a Dispatcher, you are the link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll manage scheduling, route efficiency, and technician productivity to maximize customer satisfaction and company performance. Assign service calls to the right technician based on skills, location, and availability. Monitor technician routes and communicate updates in real time. The Permit Technician plays a critical role in ensuring all plumbing and HVAC work complies with city and state regulations. You’ll coordinate with municipalities, track permit statuses, and ensure inspections are scheduled and passed. This role requires attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities

Apply for and obtain permits for plumbing and HVAC projects. Communicate with city officials, inspectors, and project managers regarding requirements. Track permit progress and ensure inspections are scheduled in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of permits, inspections, and compliance documents. Ensure technicians and managers are aware of inspection requirements and timelines. Build strong relationships with municipalities to ensure smooth processing of permits. Qualifications

Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Prior experience with permits, construction administration, or municipal processes preferred. Strong communication skills for dealing with inspectors, technicians, and office staff.
