Dod Business Development Manager

CACI is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) opportunities. This role focuses on the Navy, 4th Estate, and Intelligence Community (IC) within our Digital Solutions (DS) and Enterprise IT Solutions (EITS) Lines of Business. You will be responsible for driving the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities valued between $50M and $500M annually, working closely with the Vice President of Business Development to shape campaign strategies, positioning, and capture plans. This is a high-impact role requiring strong collaboration, executive presence, and market insight. Up to 50% travel within the continental United States should be expected. Responsibilities:

Build, qualify, and manage a robust DS/EITS DoD pipeline aligned with CACI's strategic growth priorities. Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, including competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing analysis, and differentiated solutions. Collaborate with industry partners and internal sectors to design winning teaming strategies and capture plans. Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and capture materials to support decision-making at the Sector and Corporate Executive levels. Lead Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership. Support enterprise DoD BD initiatives, streamlining workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across pursuits. Track, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, and RFPs within CACI's internal systems. Drive proposal development and ensure compliance with business plans, solicitation requirements, and customer expectations. Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 10+ years of Business Development experience (sales, marketing, capture, proposals) in DoD IT and Digital Solutions. 10+ years of acquisition experience within the Department of Defense. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Desired: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 15+ years of DoD Business Development and capture experience with large-scale IT and mission programs. 15+ years of acquisition experience within the Department of Defense. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
