proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. Your work will directly support our reputation for reliability and top-tier service in the industry. Compensation:
$20 - $22 per hour Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage Maintain organized records and inventory systems Lead and support warehouse staff in logistical processes Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills Basic computer skills Strong work ethic Excellent time management skills Team player Problem-solving abilities Adaptability to change Must be Forklift Certified Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English) About Company Olympic Petroleum Corporation is engaged in the development and production of lubricants, thermal transfer fluids, and related additives, including motor oil, coolants, antifreeze, engine, and fuel products geared toward OEM, professional, and end consumers.
