HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Pacific, MO!
Pay:
$95K–$100K base + 5% bonus Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3rd shift) Location:
Pacific, MO (relocation assistance available)
About the Role: We’re looking for a
hands-on Maintenance Supervisor
to lead a small team of technicians on 3rd shift at a busy, high-volume food manufacturing facility. The plant operates year-round with increased production during warmer months. In this role, you’ll oversee nightly maintenance activities, support technician development, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently across the operation.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and support a 3rd shift maintenance team Complete and track preventive maintenance work orders Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts Troubleshoot and repair equipment including pumps, valves, conveyors, and fillers Perform welding, boiler maintenance, and work with PLC systems Support ammonia refrigeration systems and electrical diagnostics Champion continuous improvement and Lean practices Ensure a safe and compliant work environment
Qualifications: High school diploma or technical degree required 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (in lieu of a technical degree) 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role Background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, fillers, pumps, welding, ammonia refrigeration, and boiler systems
