Evening Shift: 3:30pm - 9:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8:00am - 5pm (Saturday)

Your Role: The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors during evening hours. You’ll greet guests warmly, answer questions, manage clerical tasks, and support campus operations with professionalism and efficiency. From keeping the front desk area inviting to assisting with scheduling and troubleshooting basic tech issues, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the supportive culture of ATS.

Key responsibilities: Welcome & Assist

– Greet students, faculty, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor; direct inquiries to the right departments. Clerical Support

– Manage scheduling, phone calls, and documentation to keep campus operations running smoothly. Tech Support

– Provide basic assistance with computers, printers, and copiers; coordinate service calls as needed. Campus Presence

– Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the front desk and student lounge areas. Student & Faculty Support

– Assist with day-to-day needs and provide excellent service during your shift. Adaptability

– Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Nursing Program Administrator.
