About the Role: Are you a hands-on HR pro with payroll chops and a knack for creating a great employee experience? Were looking for an HR & Payroll Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving people challenges, and has 2+ years of payroll experience and BambooHR expertise.
The HR & Payroll Generalist is valued as a key player in supporting InteliChart employees and HR operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on digital medical patient platform solutions. You will handle a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration, helping to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with company goals.

What You Bring to the Table: 2 years of payroll experience 2 years of experience as an HRIS admin, preferably within BambooHR. 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in technology or SaaS). Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with Lattice performance management system. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent). Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, diversity, inclusion & belonging programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
