Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support store shrink reduction goals
Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule to support business needs
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
Retail experience preferred
