In the absence of the Nurse Manager, assume total responsibility on a 24-hour basis. Collaborate with the Perioperative Director, Support Service Managers, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and Information Associate to evaluate patient flow in perioperative areas, identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot, and implement changes. Coordinate staff orientation and education with the Perioperative Nurse Educator. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. License to practice professional nursing in the state of Ohio. Experience in an acute care setting. Additional Information
