Overview

West Regional Account Manager role at Baker Hughes. This position focuses on developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships within a regional territory, managing complex issues and projects, analyzing market trends, and delivering the overall business strategy. Responsibilities Developing and executing the customer strategy for midsize customers in a limited geographic territory; responsible for orders, growth of products, and services for these targeted customers Engaging in the selling of APM digital offerings, including partnerships with Augury and ARMS Reliability Leading and facilitating teamwork within the commercial family (Customer Care, Services, and Commercial Operations) Supporting the growth of commercial accounts within the assigned territory Communicating growth strategy and driving execution on customer orders across the team Providing feedback to the product line team on customer needs, new product/service needs, and potential modifications Facilitating engagement of customers through CAB / VOC / NPI feedback sessions Creating a value/consultative/outcome/gap selling strategy by understanding customers and business models related to key drivers Interpreting and understanding contractual commitments

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, marketing, or engineering 3-5 years of combined experience in SAAS, hardware sales, APM, and/or vibration monitoring solutions Minimum of 2 years of experience selling hardware to industrial utility companies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to complete moderate scope projects and impact Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously for multiple clients Willingness to travel as needed (20-50% depending on location) within the US West Region

The annual pay scale for this position is between $102,700.00 - $190,900.00. Candidates for this role must be located in or near the listed locations. The pay range represents Baker Hughes good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary by location and other factors. The recruiter can share more during the hiring process. You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options based on your needs. The details of coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your elections, base salary, and plan requirements. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, and additional compensation such as bonuses may apply subject to plan terms. About Us
