We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations / Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and help drive excellence on the production floor. Position Summary: The Operations / Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and leading a team of employees to achieve operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production employees; foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. Monitor workflow, materials, and resources to ensure efficient use and minimize downtime. Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. Track and report production metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements. Serve as a bilingual communicator between management and Spanish-speaking employees. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Proficiency with production reporting systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
