Perkins Coie is seeking technical advisors to join its growing Patent Prosecution practice. Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2026 when our program begins. Responsibilities
From day one, patent agents are introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of their legal skills. More specifically, patent agents are tasked with working side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
