We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers across various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on a positive experience. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution and information sharing. Assist in training new staff by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
