Are you a customer service professional with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving? We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist in East Aurora, NY , to support one of the nation's largest federal contracts. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent pay, bonus potential, and a flexible schedule after training. *Please note, this is an in-office position. Hours & Pay
Pay:
$17.20-$17.75/hour + monthly bonuses (average $3,000/month commission potential)
Training Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule:
Flexible! Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-9:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (must work two evenings until 9:00 PM per week; choose your 8 hours within these times)
What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and resolve account issues Skip-trace debtors to locate current residence and employment information Negotiate payment arrangements and provide repayment solutions Review accounts, schedule follow-ups, and document all interactions accurately Follow scripts, policies, and federal/state laws while delivering excellent service Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction Why You'll Love This Role
