LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the team. This is a full-time-in-office Monday through Friday position. Pay range is $50,000-$52,000 per hour depending on prior experience. This requires a high-level of communication, professionalism, and executive support at the front desk.

Job duties:

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.

Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail and deliveries.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by executives.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred.

3 years recent proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Experience managing front desk or reception duties is required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $26.00 per hour
