Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and account management. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer feedback to enhance service quality. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate information clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Benefits
