Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project operations and client interactions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and deliverables tailored for consultants and clients.
• Maintain and update data systems with accuracy, including performing detailed data entry tasks.
• Create high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in marketing efforts by managing social media channels and promoting consultancy services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and contribute to organizational improvements.
• Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and managing office communications.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe tools to perform word processing and administrative tasks efficiently.• Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong background in word processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and general office administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant experience.
