We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of investor marketing funnels. This position involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless technical integrations, and driving performance improvements across all campaigns. As a long-term contract role based in Carlsbad, California, this opportunity offers the chance to work on impactful initiatives that convert cold traffic into engaged leads.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily team stand-up meetings to identify and resolve project roadblocks.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing funnels, from ad clicks to booked calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, media buyers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Develop detailed project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and approve deliverables while coordinating legal, product, and branding sign-offs.
• Manage technical integrations across tools like Zapier, Calendly, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform quality assurance checks on funnels to identify and address broken links, tagging issues, or user friction points.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and booking rates, to optimize revenue.
• Make real-time adjustments to strategies, such as modifying CTAs or pausing traffic, to enhance outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital marketing or performance campaign projects.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and track project milestones.
• Solid understanding of system connections between ads, landing pages, and sales platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and address campaign or technical issues.
• Commercially focused mindset with an emphasis on revenue generation and pipeline optimization.
